Are DSL customers able to use their telephone or fax machine while accessing the Internet over DSL?

Yes. DSL allows customers to use their existing phone line for voice or fax communications while they use the DSL service for Internet access or data communication services.

Can I connect more than one computer to my DSL service / Can I use a router?

Yes! While routers are not supported by Bevoice technical support, you may use them to connect multiple computers to your Bevoice connection.

Port 25 is blocked for all customers to prevent against spam generated from our network by default. Customers who wish to remove this block may do so by changing their options in the members page.

Does DSL require installing an additional phone line?

No. DSL technology utilizes higher frequency spectrums for data transmissions that are not being used by voice communications. This allows simultaneous analog voice or fax and DSL data transmission over the same telephone line. You still use your phone as you do now.

What equipment do I need for DSL access?

A DSL end-user must be equipped with a DSL modem and a network ready computer. The DSL modem must be compatible with our DSL equipment and can be ordered from Bevoice. In addition, the end-user’s computer must meet recommended minimum system requirements.

How is this different from my unlimited phone plan?

Unlimited phone plans are ONLY for phone data use. Unlimited phone plans only allow 5-10Gb of tethering. (the ability to use the phone data with your computer, tablet or other connected devices). That is the equivalent of streaming a couple of HD Netflix movies. Unlike an unlimited phone plan, our plans and devices can entirely replace your slow home or office internet solution for an unlimited, unthrottled, high-speed wireless data connection.

Is your service really unlimited wireless internet?

We do not throttle our internet service, but speeds may be de-prioritized during network congestion. All of our hotspot plans include unlimited high-speed data for normal internet usages like streaming music and movies/surfing/gaming etc. We have the right to terminate accounts if we find out illegal activities such as data abuse (Usaging over the average limit) and suspicious usage (illegal downloading). Data abusers are those who purposefully use above the monthly average. So, just please utilize our hotspots with regular discretion so we can continue to provide our members with high-speed wireless internet. If your account is shut off and canceled due to data abuse we will not offer any refunds for that month. These members will also not be allowed to continue the service for the next month.

Once I subscribe to one of your plans, do I own the account and the device?

You are the owner of the membership, and the device is yours to keep. When becoming a member you are responsible for paying for your first month of service as well as a one-time activation fee of $15.95 that covers the setup of your account. You may cancel your subscription with us at any time by online chat or emailing us. The device is yours to keep, you can still use our device and you would be charged the $15.95 fee to reconnect. No Cancellation fees and no questions asked.

I live out in the middle of nowhere, travel quite a bit. Will you be able to help?

We want you to know that we’ve got almost everyone covered! We have the ability to check the coverage on our maps. You can also chat into our tech support and we would gladly try to help you see if the area you are traveling to has service. As long as you a strong LTE/5G signal from these major carriers you will have an internet connection. (STRICTLY U.S.A USAGE ONLY).

Do I have to sign a contract? Do you have to run a credit check? Are these really month to month plans?

All of our plans require no contract and no credit checks! Yes, these are month to month plans! Each payment prepays your next 30 days. You may, of course, cancel your subscription with us at any time by simply notifying us before the next payment date. If the service does not meet your needs in any
way, simply return the device for a complete refund minus the usage in the first 7-days of services. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. The device must be returned within 7 days from the day you cancel service.

Can I put my account subscription on hold or pause it for a month or two?

Yes, we understand there may be times where you will not need internet service. Please open a ticket 7-day in advance to the end of your service cycle to void automatic billing to process your payment. To restart service just open a ticket in your billing portal for reactivation of services.

What are the average speeds of your unlimited hotspots?

The speeds of all of our hotspots (LTE speeds) depend entirely on how close you are to cell towers in your area.

How many devices can I use on 1 hotspot/router?

Each device is different. Most devices can connect a minimum of 10 devices up to 250 devices depending on the model. Please refer to our product information sheet for each device.

Will the hotspot work for me when I travel?

Yes, but ( strictly to the U.S.A usage only). These are wireless mobile hotspots and can be used on the move.
